Чухал: Our platform offers genetic matchmaking focused on the compatibility of human leukocyte antigen (HLA) genotypes between prospective sperm donors, recipients, and co-parents. While we strive to aid in finding an ideal genetic match, we currently do not evaluate for genetic diseases. Consequently, we cannot guarantee that any successful match will be devoid of potential genetic disease risks. Furthermore, blood or saliva tests cannot exclude germline mosaicism, meaning a donor's reproductive cells may carry genetic mutations not present in their somatic screening results. We strongly urge all members to prioritize their safety and proceed with caution when engaging with and meeting potential matches.
